1 : What does your software do?

Our software first and foremost saves you time! Time is the one thing you cannot get back! SecureBit LoginXpress gives you a single place to store your logins and passwords to web sites securely and then directly launch and login to one or more web sites with one click.

2 : What makes your software special?

SecureBit LoginXpress is special because of our security and efficiency. The web site credentials you store in SecureBit LoginXpress are encrypted with a extremely secure encryption algorthim that guarrantees that your information will be secure from spying or decoding. Additionally your passwords are unique to you so someone cannot copy them to another computer running SecureBit LoginXpress and decode them!

3 : How much does it cost?

A purchase of $19.95 will buy you SecureBit LoginXpress, updates and support for an entire year. This license allows the owner to install the product on up to three computers at a time as long as only one computer is running the program at a time. This is fair and done to account for people and families having multiple computers such as a desktop, laptop, or media center PC.

4 : Can I request a feature to be added in a future version?

Absolutly! Development of LoginXpress will not stop. SecureBit has a vested interest in keeping a fresh flow of positive ideas from our loyal customer base. You can write us, call us, fax us, email us! Request a feature/Leave feedback!

5 : Why do you limit the program to 12 runs?

This enables the user to test drive our great software for a short period of time to fully experience the usefulness of SecureBit LoginXpress! During the evalution period you have full access to all SecureBit LoginXpress features. Our customers find that after using the product for less then a day, they save time and are more productive. This shows the tremendous value of SecureBit LoginXpress.

6 : How secure is your software?

We believe security is the most important aspect any software product should have, especially one that uses the internet. We are committed to security and have spent a long time ensuring the product is secure. If any bugs are found, we will promptly fix. Report any bugs found to bugs@securebit.net

7 : Are there any backdoors?

Absolutely not. There are no backdoors nor will there ever be.

8 : Do you have support for Mozilla Firefox or Opera?

We currently do not however we are planning to provide support for additional browsers in the future.

9 : There are currently two types of authentication available in SecureBit LoginXpress, will you be providing more than these two?

Part of our commitment to security involves giving customers the choice in their authentication methods. Future versions of the product will have support for Smart Cards, biometric (finger and voice) authentication, GPS and a number of additional software based authentication methods.
